Java and HotJava Technology Licensing
The unmodified Java and HotJava binary releases may be redistributed free of charge in both commercial and non-commercial applications.

The Java source release may be obtained for educational, research, evaluation, and non-commercial porting purposes by signing a Java Internal Use Source License.

For commercial distribution of products based on the Java language or the HotJava browser, a Commercial Source Code License is required.
